Following your delivery

Please note

Tracking numbers are provided once your order has been processed and sent. Please do not contact us straight after ordering to ask for your tracking number.

We only receive the shipping tracking code once the package has shipped, and no sooner.

Where to find your tracking code

Your code comes in a "Your Order Has Now Been Shipped" email, which you should receive 24 to 48 hours after you order. If you cannot see it, check your spam or junk folder for an email from Home Office Company Singapore.

How to follow your parcel

Open that email and use the tracking link or tracking code in it to see where your parcel is on the courier's website.

If the link does not work, or the code shows nothing yet, give it a few hours. Couriers often take a little while to show a parcel after they collect it.

Not arrived yet?

Delivery takes 5 to 7 days after a 24 to 48 hour handling time. If it has been longer than that and nothing has arrived, email theteam@myhomeoffice.asia with your order number and we will chase it for you.
