We welcome all reviews and feedback about our products and our service.
Reviews help the next person decide. They show someone weighing up a desk or a chair how it worked out for people who already bought one, and they tell us where we are getting it wrong.
So we ask for them, and we mean it whether the news is good or bad.
If you were happy with your order
Please leave a public review. It takes a minute and helps the next person work out whether a product suits their workspace.
If something was not right
Tell us first, and give us the chance to fix it. There is a short form that comes straight to our team.
Why you will not see star ratings on this site yet
We do not publish a rating, a review count or a customer quote anywhere on this site until we have verified reviews to publish. A made-up testimonial or a rounded-up score would be worth nothing to you, so there is nothing there rather than something invented.
When there are real reviews, we will link them to their source so you can check them yourself.
