What is in the range?
18 products across five categories: furniture, storage, office wellness, machines and technology, and accessories. Counting colours and sizes, that is 33 options to choose from.
Why is the range so short?
Because it covers the whole home workspace rather than a catalogue. A desk, a chair, somewhere to put things, a shredder for the paper, and the under-desk range for people who sit all day.
How do I choose between the two desks?
By the shape of your room. The home office computer desk is 91.2cm wide and sits along a wall. The L-shaped corner desk is 168cm by 120cm and needs a real corner. Measure both walls, not just one.
How much weight will the L-shaped corner desk hold?
It is rated to 204kg, on a steel frame with a 15mm P2 class particle board top, and a CPU stand is included.
Do the colours cost the same?
Yes. Where colour is the only choice, every colour is the same price: five finishes on the L-shaped desk, three on the computer desk, three on the desktop organizer, three on the foot rest, and two each on the elliptical and the desk power strip.
Which products come in more than one size?
Two. The home safe box comes in 1 Cubit and 1.8 Cubit, and the home office shredder in 6 sheet and 8 sheet models. Each size has its own price, shown on the option.
How do I pick a shredder?
By how much you shred at once. The 6 sheet model suits occasional use. If you often feed it a thicker stack, the 8 sheet model saves you splitting it up. Both take credit cards too.
What is the balance ball chair like to use?
Different from an ordinary chair, and it takes more effort. You may prefer to use it for part of the day. It uses a 52 cm ball, is made for people from 152 to 180 cm tall, and the pump is in the box.
Is the kneeling chair adjustable?
Yes. It adjusts from 53cm to 78cm, has a 7cm thick mesh cushion, holds up to 110kg and rolls to your desk.
What will the office swivel chair hold?
Up to 150 kg. It has a mesh back, a metal base and a 100mm gas lift.
Do you sell anything for working standing up?
The ergonomic laptop stand raises your screen up to 50.8 cm, so it works sitting or standing, and it folds away when you are done.
What is the desk power strip for?
Putting power and USB charging at the edge of your desk instead of under it. It clamps to a desk edge up to 4.3cm thick and comes in black or white.
What do the two CO2 meters do?
Both read carbon dioxide from 400 to 5000 ppm and show temperature and humidity. The CO2 detector is palm sized and rechargeable. The office CO2 meter has a large screen and an alarm, and hangs on a wall.
How does the charcoal air purifying bag work?
It holds 200 g of bamboo charcoal that soaks up odours rather than covering them. There is no fragrance and nothing to plug in, and an hour of sun once a month keeps it working.
Do you make health claims for the wellness range?
No. The under-desk machines, the foot rest and the cushions are comfort and movement products, and the CO2 meters report a number. Anything about treating a condition is a question for a health professional.
Do you sell office cleaning products?
Not yet. We have nothing in that range at the moment. The charcoal air purifying bag in office wellness is the closest thing we stock for keeping a room fresh.
Do you sell monitor arms or keyboards?
No. If you are looking for something specific, email us and we will tell you honestly whether we have it.
How much is delivery?
Free across Singapore on orders of $75 or more. Below that it is a flat $25, shown in your cart before you pay.
How long will my order take?
5 to 7 days across Singapore, after a 24 to 48 hour handling time.
Is there an express option?
Yes. Express Delivery is a flat $25 option at the cart, including on orders that already qualify for free delivery. We do not quote a separate delivery time for it.
Do you deliver outside Singapore?
No. This store delivers within Singapore.
Can I collect an order?
No. We have no premises to collect from, so everything is delivered.
What happens after I order?
You get an emailed order confirmation straight away. Once the parcel ships, usually 24 to 48 hours later, a second email brings your tracking code.
Can I change or cancel an order?
Yes, until it ships, at no charge. Contact us within 12 hours of ordering with your order number, because orders are handled within 24 to 48 hours. Once it has shipped, the returns policy applies instead.
Which payment methods do you take?
Credit and debit cards through Stripe, or PayPal. Both go through a secure checkout and we never store your card details.
Can I return something?
Yes, within 15 days of purchase. If it arrived damaged or went missing in delivery, we cover the return and put it right. The full terms are on our Refunds and Returns page.
Are the products new?
Yes. Everything we sell is new.
Can I buy in bulk?
Yes. Use the wholesale quote page with the products, the rough quantities and your delivery city, and we will come back with a quote.
Do you have reviews?
